Common Loops
Looping is an inevitability. From a neuroscience perspective our brain...we repeat the use of the information gathered based on our experience. We receive proper cues, orient, the problem is the way it makes us more efficient it gets distorted/warped inured that keeps us reenacting self patterns that are limiting. If they are not working for us, they need addressed.
Below is a list of common loops people find themselves stuck in.
